Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using MCP Beast, including the Mac app, local gateway, and optional Remote Access service.

Effective date: May 28, 2026

MCP Beast is provided by SwiftLee B.V., A. Commandeurlaan 30, 1715AG, Spanbroek, The Netherlands. You can contact us at [email protected].

1. Using MCP Beast

MCP Beast is a macOS app for managing Model Context Protocol servers through one local gateway. You are responsible for the MCP servers, credentials, tools, and data sources you configure in the app.

2. Local Gateway and Remote Access

The local gateway is intended to run on your Mac. LAN access is optional and should only be enabled when you understand that devices with the configured bearer token may reach your configured MCP tools.

Remote Access is an optional Pro feature that routes MCP traffic through MCP Beast infrastructure so cloud and mobile clients can reach your Mac through an outbound connection. You must not use Remote Access for unlawful, abusive, or security-sensitive activity that you are not authorized to perform.

3. Subscriptions and Pro Features

Paid features may be offered through Apple or another authorized payment provider. Subscription availability, pricing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be governed by the payment provider's terms in addition to these terms.

4. Third-Party Services

MCP Beast can connect to third-party MCP servers and services you configure. Those services are not controlled by SwiftLee B.V., and their availability, behavior, permissions, and legal terms remain your responsibility.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MCP Beast to:

  • Access systems, accounts, data, or tools without permission.
  • Interfere with or abuse MCP Beast infrastructure, Cloudflare services, or third-party services.
  • Transmit malware, secrets you are not authorized to use, or unlawful content.
  • Reverse engineer hosted services except where applicable law allows it.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of MCP Beast, including Remote Access, to improve the product, maintain security, or comply with legal requirements.

7. No Warranty

MCP Beast is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftLee B.V. disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftLee B.V. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of MCP Beast.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
